The INPP method is a bespoke neurodevelopmental programme.
It is gently but powerfully transformative – for the child and their family!
It consists of an exercise is done for about 10 minutes daily in the client’s own home, at a regular time to suit them.
It usually takes about 12 months to complete.

The first thing is for the adult to have a free chat with me.

We’ll explore the young client’s situation, and work out whether the programme would be worthwhile.
We usually do this on Zoom, but in person can be arranged if preferred.  The easiest way is to book directly by pressing this button, but you can also email or phone.

The next thing is a screening questionnaire.
Then, we’ll book a 2-hour appointment to meet the young client and carry out a full assessment
This will involve lots of non-invasive tests – young people usually enjoy doing this, even though it can be quite challenging! You will need to be with them the whole time.
The questionnaire and assessment give me a baseline profile, and we start the programme straight away.

I prescribe a simple movement exercise…

An exercise is done for about 10 minutes daily in the client’s own home, at a regular time to suit.
We arrange a report reading, where we discuss the results of the assessment.
Review appointments happen every 6-8 weeks to monitor change and adjust the programme.

We also check-in informally to ensure things are progressing as we would wish.

Costs.  The assessment is £150.00, all other appointments are £90.00.  The bulk of the programme works out at about £12 per week.

I reserve a small number of appointments at a discretionary rate.
